
Reservation and Information
The Customer must provide, at the time of booking or at the latest before the service, the following information:
Full contact details (name, telephone, email, address).
Travel details (date, timetable, pick-up/drop-off location, number of passengers, luggage, special needs, flight/train).
Any change not reported upstream may result in a refusal of benefit without compensation
General Terms and Conditions of Use
These conditions govern the transport of persons for a fee (shuttle, VTC, coach, provision, transfers, etc.), provided by Nomel Transports on reservation. They apply to any service booked by the Customer, unless otherwise specified in writing.


Cancellation and modification
By the Customer:
Cancellation 24 hours before the service - usually free of charge or on a flat-rate penalty.
Late cancellations or absence - penalties ranging from 50% to 100% depending on time.
By Nomel Transports:
Possible in case of force majeure; reimbursement of payments.
Rates and payments
Rates include current VAT, driver fees, fuel, insurance, etc. The Customer receives a detailed quote; the contract is formed after written or online acceptance. Payment according to the terms of the quote: deposit at the time of booking, balance before the start of the service.


Conduct of the service
The number of passengers may not exceed the authorised capacity. Wearing a seat belt is compulsory (with legal exceptions). Nomel Transports is responsible for the safety of the journey; the Customer guarantees the damage caused by passengers or baggage. Vehicles comply with technical and regulatory standards.

Degradation and lost objects
Any damage caused by the Customer or passengers will be charged. Nomel Transport accepts no liability for items forgotten on board.
Purchases will be monitored and guarded by the driver within the transport vehicle.
Force majeure
Unforeseen events (weather, strikes, traffic jams) do not constitute fault on the part of the Carrier. No compensation or reimbursement will be granted in these cases.


Insurance
Nomel Transports holds professional liability insurance. Supplementary insurance (repatriation, assistance) can be taken out as an option.
Complaints and disputes
Complaints to be sent in writing (mail or email with acknowledgement of receipt). In the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be that of the Carrier's registered office, in accordance with French law.


Modification of the General Conditions of Use
